Claiming of Loan

Your due date will fall on the same day every week. If you have availed of your loan on a Monday. Your succeeding due dates will be every Monday, for 26 weeks. We will also send you a reminder text message prior to your due date on the exact due amount and date.

Approval Process
Once all requirements are submitted, you will receive a notification within seven (7) working days.
You will receive an text message about your loan status, along with the approved credit limit.

Claiming of Loan
You will receive a text message advising that your card is ready for pick up. You may then proceed to pick this up from the Puregold branch you have nominated in your application form.
You can use your card in any Puregold branch nationwide.
Use your Puregold Puhunan Plus card to pay for your purchases at any Puregold branch. Just swipe the card in the POS terminal like a debit/credit card, select savings, enter your Puhunan Plus PIN, and get the charge slip as proof of a successful transaction.
Yes, the GCash MPIN that you have assigned allows you to access your GCash and the USSD menu *141# on your phone.

Your Puhunan Plus PIN, on the otherhand, will be used whenever you pay for your purchases using your Puhunan Plus card at a Puregold checkout counter.

To check your balance, simply perform the following using your mobile phone with the GCash SIM:
1. Access the Fuse Menu (Dial *141#)
2. Select 4 for "Inquire My Loan Details"
3. Type your GCash MPIN

You will receive a text message with your loan details and the remaining balance of your Puhunan Plus credit line.

The Puregold Puhunan Plus card cannot be used to withdraw.

Payment Process
Your payment is due fifteen (15) or thirty (30) days, depending on your approved loan term, after the day of your availment or swipe. If you have multiple availments on different dates, each will have different due dates.

We will also send you a reminder text message prior to your due date on the exact due amount and date.

You can fund your GCash wallet at any Puregold store and pay in any of the two (2) options:

     1. Push payment in via the Fuse USSD menu:
          a. Dial *141#
          b. Select 3 for Pay Loan
          c. Select 1 for Pay for My Loans
          d. Enter the amount you want to pay
          e. Enter the loan code (PGPLUS)
          f. Enter the Reference #

     2. Your GCash account will be auto-debited by the end of your loan’s term (15th day).

You can also pay over the counter through our partner banks:

          a. Go to the BEA (BPI Express Assist) machine. Select
               •Bills Payments

          b. From the Transaction Type screen, choose PAYMENTS

No, you may only have one Fuse Business Loan at a time. If you wish to get another loan, you can fully pay your existing loan and apply with us again.
After full repayment with good payment history, you can apply for another Fuse Business Loan.
Yes. With good payment history, you can apply for a bigger loan amount on your next application.
There are no additional fees that will be charged to you. Only minimal documentary stamp taxes payable to the government will be collected.

Approval Process
Upon completion of documents, you will receive the credit decision within five (5) working days.
You will receive a text message about your loan status within 5 business days after completion of your documents. Your Fuse Partner will also contact you for signing of loan documents after approval to prepare for disbursement of your loan proceeds.

Claiming of Loan
A check will be deposited to your desginated bank account.
The usual bank fees for withdrawing and encashing check will be followed.

Payment Process
If you have availed of your Fuse Business Loan before June 14, 2017, your due date is every 28th of the month. Otherwise, your due date is every 15th of the month.

We will also send you a reminder text message prior to your due date on the exact due amount and date.

You can pay your loan via:

     1. Issuing post-dated checks (PDC) at the start of the loan

     2. Having auto-debit arrangement (ADA) with Metrobank, Banco de Oro, or Bank of the Philippine Islands

If you are unable to fund your bank account for PDC or ADA, you can also pay over the counter through our partner banks:

How can I pay my loan?

Paying for a Fuse loan is easy! We are setting up auto-debit arrangements with multiple partners to ensure your payment experience is hassle-free. All you need to do is ensure that your nominated account (bank account, GCash account, or checking account) has sufficient funds at the scheduled date of your payment, and we'll take care of the rest!

1. GCash
     Make sure you have enough funds in your GCash wallet to cover your due payment. To fund your wallet, visit the nearest GCash Partner outlets. To learn more about cash-in, check out http://www.globe.com.ph/gcash. You can either choose from GCash Autodebit or Fuse Menu Push Payment:

     a. Automatic Debit via GCash
          Every due date, we will automatically deduct your due amount through your GCASH account.

     b. Fuse Menu Push Payment
          To pay, please follow the steps:
          1. Dial *141# for the Fuse menu
          2. Dial 3 for Pay Loan
          3. Dial 1 for Pay for my Loan
          4. Type your due amount
          5. Type your loan code
          6. Type 0 to skip reference
          7. Type your MPIN to confirm

Getting started with GCash is easy! You can register by downloading the GCash App or dial *143#, choose 9 for GCash and simply follow the instruction to enter your details. Once registered, you can already verify your GCash account to enjoy full access on GCash services. Simply go to a GCash Partner Outlet and bring a valid ID. More conveniently, you can have your account verified online, just prepare your valid ID and visit www.facebook.com/gcashverify. Send a private message that you would like to be verified.







What is a credit score?

A credit score is a number assigned to a person that indicates to lenders his capacity to repay a loan. During the loan evaluation process, a credit score is used to decide if an applicant can get a loan from Fuse or not.







Why was my loan application denied?

We apologize for the result of your evaluation. All applications are subject to credit evaluation and, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an approval. While we are not able to help you out at the moment, we would encourage you to re-apply after 3 months.







What if I lose my SIM card?

If you have lost your Globe/ TM SIM card that you used to avail of the loan, please call 211 immediately and they will guide you through getting a replacement SIM.







How do I check my loan balance and other loan details?

Checking your loan balance and other loan details is easy. Just dial *141#, choose 3 for Inquire My Loan Details and enter your MPIN. You will receive a text message containing your loan details.
